How does the 100 Night Healthier Sleep Guarantee work? 

We are committed to your health and comfort, after your mattress is delivered take 100 nights to decide if it’s comfortable. If you are not satisfied, we will exchange the mattress or even refund your money if necessary.

Your new mattress will take some time to adjust to your body and we encourage you to sleep on it for a minimum of 30 nights to allow for this adjustment period. 

This comfort guarantee is specific to the mattress only. Other items such as foundations, power bases, pillows, and bed frames are not covered under this comfort based guarantee.


Do I need a box spring for a platform base? 

It is recommended for the ultimate performance. See warranty.

Who designed the ICA Spine Care Sleep Systems?

Can I use an adjustable base?

Yes. The XL 12 mattress can be used with an adjustable base.

The ICA Spine Care Sleep System will be delivered to your doorstep in a UPS box.

What is White Glove delivery?

The ICA Spine Care Sleep System will be delivered to your home in a delivery truck. A date and time will be discussed between you and our delivery team prior to delivery.

How do I set up my ICA Spine Care Sleep System?

If you are worried about any potential stains on your new sleep system, it is recommended to protect it. They will not prevent accidents, but it will help protect your ICA Spine Care Sleep System from potential damage.

Do I need special kind of sheets for my ICA Spine Care Sleep System?

No. Standard sheets will fit any of the sleep systems.
